A nice change to see the top three weights today all coming to the pole. A couple of different methods fished, but it was another low weight match but a close finish.
Shaun Lambert had his first win at the Park. Fishing pole, using soft pellet hookbait over groundbait. Shaun had, one tench, two bream eleven skimmers for 14lb 13oz. Well done Shaun great result. 💥💥💯
Second place Rob Parker fishing pole catching on maggot for 2 or 3lb. Then a switch to hemp hookbait brought 40 roach in the last two hours for 12lb 8oz. He just wanted the all out at 4.30 instead of 4pm.
Third place, Shaun Lambert’s traveling partner,
Andy Willows, Andy fished the same tactics as Shaun, pole with expander hookbait over groundbait putting four bream, one skimmer and a few bits on the scales for12lb 2oz.
A section Mark Gregory 6lb 3oz, Mark caught eight skimmers on cage feeder and maggot hookbait
B Section Tony Baxter one tench and seven skimmers on method and wafter for 8lb 3oz
C section Kev Davies 8lb 3oz, one bream and roach and perch on the pole feeing caster and fishing maggot hookbait.
D section Tony Draper 4lb 11oz seven skimmers on cage feeder and maggot hookbait and a few bits on the pole
Golden Pegs today 18 and 16 so another Sunday rollover.
